By using our hosting services, you are joining a community that values reliability, performance, and fair play. These terms are designed to protect both you and our service while keeping things simple and transparent.

What You Get:

• Guaranteed 99.9% uptime with automatic service credits for any downtime
• Full control over your service configurations
• Support is provided according to the applicable service agreement
• Instant provisioning and scaling
• Complete data ownership and backup access

Account & Payment Terms:

• Billing is monthly only unless a separate written agreement states otherwise
• No hidden fees or surprise charges
• Service credits automatically applied for downtime where applicable
• Accounts remain active as long as payments are current

Refunds, Delivery & Withdrawal:

• We do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, accidental purchases, cancellation after provisioning, or failure to use the service.
• Refunds are only considered if the purchased service is not working as intended due to an issue on our side, or if the service has not been delivered within 72 hours after successful payment.
• By checking out, you request the complete performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Because the service is automatically configured and provisioned, this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance-selling rules.

We Support Creative Freedom:

• Use any mods, plugins, or custom content you want
• Host any type of project supported by your purchased plan
• Commercial use is welcome for creators and networks

Community Guidelines:

• No illegal content or activities
• Constant high CPU usage, excessive network I/O, and excessive disk I/O are not permitted
• Using our servers as proxy, VPN, or TOR nodes is forbidden unless StormNodes gives written permission
• Crypto mining is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account termination without prior warning
• Shared services may not be used as S3 storage, a CDN, backup storage, or unrelated file storage
• Hosting phishing, malware, or any malicious service can lead to account termination and legal action
• Impersonating the StormNodes team is forbidden
• On Minecraft Hosting, plugins or tools designed to bypass server resource limits will lead to account termination

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising
• GDPR and CCPA compliant data handling

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we are not liable for issues beyond our control like upstream outages, software updates, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability for service issues is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

If we receive a valid legal request or investigation notice involving a customer, we may preserve and hand over relevant data to the appropriate authorities as required by law. We may also take action on DDoS or DoS activity, including account termination and legal action against the attacker.

We may update these terms occasionally to improve clarity or add new features. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
